      I am using 1.5.0.1

I ran GWCheck on mailboxes. I am not trying to archive personal archives. the archives are being created in Enterprise mode.

I have many mailboxes (8) which I am not able to archive due to these errors. and the creator will not even index the messages that it has archived prior to failing because of this message. I do not believe any folder has over 4,960 items.

Is there a fix for this? I am having a very hard time with this software as it will take over 9 hours to get to the point where it fails and all I am left with are some files which I cant open because they weren’t indexed.

I have found a resolution. When installed, The limited account did not have write access to the program folder. If I log in as admin and give the proper rights, it works. I will now have to do this to every machine but after that I shouldn’t have a problem.

Is this normal for archive2go installs?

          Thanks.

Also please note that I was also not able to install on the limited accounts. When I installed it on the admin account, I didn’t get the link from inside GW to launch the creator. I had to give the limited account admin rights, install it, and then remove the admin rights from the limited account.

This even occurs on a fresh system with nothing else but the novell client and GW installed.

sorry for the lack of information,

The error I receive is “A critical component of the archive to go access system is missing or invalid”

I installed it on the local drive in windows xp sp2 and groupwise 7.

The component i am having trouble with is the creator.

when I have it installed on a system, I can run it with the admin account but not with the limited account unless i right click and do a “run as” and get admin rights

            thanks for the quick reply

            Kevin
