Thanks for the update.

Hello Rob,
The solution was to use the Formativ Stationery solution. Since the original question was asked, the stationery solution has gone through several versions. I would suggest you download the Stationery solution and see if it meets your needs.
In terms of having the stationery appear when a new message is composed, the answer was to integrate the stationery solution with the OnCompose event associated with an email message. The solution, out of the box, isn’t integrated with this event, but it is easy to do with Formativ Creator.

Thank you for your posting. Have you made any progress on this issue? Having Formativ installed does not change the addressing format used by GroupWise. Address formats are dictated by the way GroupWise is configured.
If the email format is not sufficient, and you are unable to change your GroupWise configuration to fix it, you may need to change your approach. For example, you may be able to look for something in the subject.

Great news!
Hello Stuart,
This sounds like a bug in the GroupWise Admin API the solution uses to access Domain information. I suspect the unreachable domain is invalidating the iterator we use to process all the domains in the system.
We’ve discussed this internally and decided to make a change to the solution to try to work around the issue. I suspect we’ll have an updated version by close of business today our time, at which time I’ll email you a copy.

A great approach – thanks for the tip.

Thanks MA!
Unfortunately no. You have to write some code to populate the list box. Thankfully this is not difficult to do once you have hold of the address book you want to work with. Simply run through each of the entries in the AddressBookEntries collection and add them to the book.

Dear Patrick,
This sounds like it may be a known issue with caching mode. We have a newer version of the applet you may like to try. Download:
http://www.advansyscorp.com/beta/multiple_signatures_flexalock.zip
then extract the zipped applet file to your local applets location (normally ‘C:Documents and Settings
My DocumentsAdvansysFormativApplets’). Finally, restart GroupWise and try again. Please let me know if this version solves your problem.

Hello Manifred,
If this applet crashes, and you can’t create any of your own forms, I suspect something is wrong with your installation. I would suggest you re-install the GroupWise client, then Formativ. If you still can’t get the example applet to work, could you please send your configuration info to support@advansyscorp.com. From the main GroupWise menu, select Help | About Formativ. When the about box appears, select the configuration tab. Press the ‘copy to clipboard’ button, then paste the contents of the clipboard into the body of the email message.

No problems – good luck.

Here is an example of a Form that displays a check list box populated with Address Book entries. Right mouse click the link and choose ‘save link as’ (saving to your local applets folder).
I hope this helps.
