Thank you for the reply. We are currently using GW8, so that is not a problem. But this solution talks about a database mail merge, which I can see would be useful, but doesn’t mention emails created through MAPI. I could download it and try, but could you clarify this point?

We don’t use group calendars (yet) so “Day Blocker” now makes more sense.

I find it useful to add the same reminder note to multiple days for trade shows and employee holidays, and sometimes roll them out to everyone using Enterprise Dates. Day Blocker was the only tool I found that came close, unless there is a better alternative?

I also have a suggestion for Day Blocker. A button to select “Reminder Note” which would disable the location to create a series of day reminders instead of appoitments. Or is there an alternative solution?
