      I had this issue earlier,

      uninstalled formativ & other advansys products – in my instance the presentation pack & outlook migration utility.

      rebooted

      re-installed formativ & presentation pack

      rebooted

      TEngine.create message now gone!

        I have the same issue, has anyone any suggestions on how to resolve this??
