About the Debug info:
I can’t get any output from Personalized Emailer… I pressed left shift key at start up…
If I do the same operation SHIFT Key at start up with stationary per example, there I get an output…
I use debugview 4.76 (Kernel off)
Any idea?

I just sent the screenshots, config copy and Test NAB used to support…
It happens as well with emailer 2.0.2 as with 2.0.3; it happens as well with old address book as with newly created one…
It happens on all different groupwise 8.0.1 POA/Client 8.0.1 workstations tested…
If you need a debug, let me know…

Used groupwise client: 8.01 26/0/2009 build 88138 !
We don’t use resource, group, company.
BTW, it is not records in the address book that are “bad”: indeed if you insert one address in the list, then the missing addresses after the inserted one are used but no more the addresses used in the previous session…
It is completely reproductive: I have the same problem on all computers on 2 different groupwise systems…

I sent it yesterday as requested…
Curiously, if you save in html your email, displaying unfilled fields, from GW client, then on the html exported page, the fields are filled…
You will see samples in my email…

I am not using any external editor, just the one embedded in the stationery dialog… Even just making a stationery with only one field as message doesn’t work…
Well, I’ll make some more tests and send the stationery samples with config and printscreens…

as far as I tested it, it seems that the problem happens “only” when using as template a stationary message, containing the fields to be completed or in which you add the fields with the inserter and sending it with the emailer applet. Even if you create a very simple stationary with only 1 or 2 fields to fill using the included editor and send it with emailer, you receive unfilled fields.
But if you re”use” the template file saved in the work in progress folder during the applet run and relaunch the emailer applet, it works: fields are well filled !!!
Or if you create a new mail from scratch, insert fields and send it, then fields are also correctly filled !!!!
