      I have restarted the PC but still no luck. This is the first time that I have encountered this, I actually searched everywhere for possible solutions but I got nothing. I hope you can help me fix this. Thanks.

        Thank you for your immediate reply. I appreciate it so much.

        The thing is and what I’ve just noticed is that formativ framework .net is missing on the add/remove programs which is a bit odd since by default it should be there, right? I checked the registration utility and I got no problem since both formativ and message saver are registered. Any suggestions?

          Hi! I also got the same error, tried re-installing both formativ and message saver but still no luck. Can you please advice me on how to solve it? Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
