hi there sorry for the delay i have done what you have suggested and all though some of the files cant be found many of them can be found if i do a search. the error within the viewer says: Cannot find the file:

C:Documents and SettingslpollardDesktopLPollard Archivemedia-01data0000037429F1666.Mouchel1.Appserv1.100.164726C.1.17A.1.fml

Please insert the following media volume to view this item: “media-01”

but if i search for this file in the folder it says its there???

hi there i have tried to download this but i dont have rights to access it. I have contacted our software team and our media is missing? is there alternative way i can download this as it is really urgent i view the files? it has worked previously but this message has recently started to appear.

hi i have checked the requested folders are all there and are all ok, also the archive 2 go viewer is version 1.0 build 1.0.0.6. hope this will be some help for you so you can assist me.
