Yes, the reported issue is still there, even portal is disabled. (checked on 2 different systems, W10 1909, x64, german)
DAX error: Invalid image size and after click ok, Sorry, the Applet could not be executed.

With 18.2.1, 125% font size and setting above, I still get DAX error: Invalid image size
