Further to my previous post: after shutting down and rebooting the computer, and reducing the number of messages being saved at once from about 5000 to 2500, the problem went away.

Is there a limit to how many messages can be saved in one batch, with Message Saver?

The destination folder does exist. I got around the problem by creating a new destination folder, and changing my Message Saver configuration to go to the new folder. Then I was able to save more messages, to the new folder.

A while later though I have run into a new problem, which I’ll post separately.
