      That was the issue…there was a default a2go-config.bin located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Advansys\Archive To Go. Deleted that one and everything works properly now. Thanks!

          I’m late in getting back to this, but just wanted to say thanks for the quick resolution! Confirms for us that purchasing Archive to Go was a good choice.

            Just as a follow-up, I also use Bundle Commander. But for Archive To Go, I was able to create a fairly simple ZCM Bundle that installs everything just the way I want it. I installed the msi with the /passive switch and included the license file. I also pushed out the config file created with the Admin Wizard. Works great! Thanks!

                  Reproduced using the steps you mentioned. I am sending you a zip file that contains the archive.

                    Cool. So now I know which message wasn’t archived. And this one wasn’t critical, but what if the message did need to be archived. How do I fix the problem. The full error from the log is:
