      I am running XP Pro SP2 with 6.5.3 and it seams to work. Did you try to back rev the client?

        I installed 6.5.3 and it solved the problem. Is this software compatable with a 6.0 system?

          I am running 6.5.0. I am going to try to load version 6.5.1, 6.5.2, and so on to see if I can fix the problem. I will post my findings.

            I had this issue and was able to resolve it by setting my desktop theme to the XP Default.

              I am having a similar problem. I installed Archive2Go and it works fine on one system. If I load it on another it failes. I can see the trusted application entry in ConsoleOne.
              I get the following error:
              “COM object with CLSID {99C5B7D2-8CF7-40C1-A8E0-0EE54FF92AB9} is either not valid or not registered.”
