Thank you for sending me the download link to the trial version of Advansys PST Creator. I installed it and it works well on a couple of sample FML files. My problem now is that I need to create a single Outlook PST file from hundreds of Advansys Portable Message FML files. On the Introduction tab in Advansys PST Creator, there’s this statement:

      • This trial version convert [sic] maximum of 10 messages per folder. For a full feature trial, please contact Advansys Support below or a Advansys Partner.

Is the full-featured version of this software product available for purchase yet? If so, I’d like to purchase it.

      Thanks!

I’m in the same boat. If I knew exactly what “open, industry-standard techniques” are used to compress and encode the binary data, especially the Mime.822 content, I think I could solve my FML-to-EML conversion problem with a simple Perl script.

I need a solution right away. I’m not looking for a FREE solution. Just tell me how many sheckles to send and where to send ’em! 🙂

        Thanks!

Is the FML Extractor utility available for purchase yet? I have an immediate conversion need similar to Mike’s.

          Thanks!

I work in the litigation support and e-discovery industry, too. We’ve received e-mail in Advansys Portable Message (FML) archives that we must import into our e-discovery hosting software solution. To do this, we must first process the e-mail in our EDD subsystem, which, of course, handles Microsoft Outlook PST files with aplomb. So an FML-to-PST converter is just what we need. I’m glad to help you beta test your Advansys PST Converter. Please send me the download link. 🙂

            Thanks!
