Their update worked for me! No more issues when using the Presentatino Pack and shutting down GW.

Well I tried Michaels6767’s solution and that does not work. I even disabled the on access scanning and I can still produce the error.

If I do not use any of the Presentation pack features I will have no issues when shutting down GroupWise. This only happens when I shutdown GW after using one of the presentation pack features.
