Oops … one more note on that …
We have Clients who never log into GroupWise, so they’ll never get a warning. They use their BlackBerry all the time (We have a BES installed).
Cool, thanks ! I’ve already passed this on to our developers.
one more question … What about from the server side usign … SOAP ? Or is Formativ only API related ?
Not sure why the want some of the same info in the meta-data that’s already in the header too. It does get pushed to out info. repository, so I guess they want it there for some reason.
If you were to “cut/paste” to Word/Notepad, wouldn’t you lose fonts, bolds, highlights, etc, … things like that ?

May 12, 2010 at 8:24 am in reply to: Can Formativ be used to populate the GUID for entries in the PAB ? #8180Just to add to this … I guess I DON’T need the GUID to be populated. I need the Post Office Name and Domain to be changed.
So I’d need to compare the “E-Mail Address” field of the entries in the Personal Groups to the “E-Mail Address” field in the System Address Book and change them.
January 5, 2009 at 7:17 am in reply to: Error D107 when trying to forward an embedded email attachment #6278Hello,
I ready this thread this morning and though I might have wrote it, as we are having this exact same problem.
Are there any updates on it yet?

This is quite old, but do you know if the un-install re-install of Formativ Runtime worked for this user? One of our tech’s doing a standalone install and he gets this error.
Can we re-produce the behaviour on another machine ? … Yes, one of our developers reported it and a few of us tried it on our workstations and got the same issue … which was resolved after putting this TXT file in the c:PROGRAMFILESADVANSYSFORMATIV directory.
So, should we re-install Formativ Installer to ‘properly’ get this TXT file added … is that what you are suggesting? From your description of the Message Class File I’m worried that my ‘manual’ creation of this TXT file might have implications, as we use both French and English … or should I not worry about it?
Think I found the problem. The msgclass7_0.txt file DID NOT exist in the c:PROGRAMFILESADVANSYSFORMATIV directory. I made a copied of the msgclass6_5.txt file and renamed it msgclass7_0.txt and ALL seems to work OK now.
Is what I did OK? There didn’t seem to be any reference to a GW version in the txt file . How would this normally be done?
