      I decided the easiest thing to do was to install the software on a different machine. This worked and I was able to make an archive of the user’s mailbox.

        This is not an upgrade. I tried to launch this again this morning after booting my machine. Again, I get a splash screen then nothing. When I went to restart my system, I got a CSC.exe error: App failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Behind that I had the ‘Not Responding’ dialog. Behind that I had a large dialog with the title of Archive To Go.

          Since I am the original poster, I thought I would update the forum on issues with the fix. The program that refused to run was Opera. It is the GUI for my billing system and needs VBS to run. We edited the registry as instructed here but that didn’t fix the problem. We found that in My Computer’s File Types, VBS was set to open with Advansys. We had to change the path and point it to Microsoft Windows Based Script Host (c:windowssystem32cscript.exe). This corrected the problem. We have written a script that can automate this process. They don’t seem to like registry hacks posted here so if the moderator would email me, I can provide the file to them for distribution.

            Sorry, I should have mentioned in my first post that we are running 2.0.1 on GroupWise 7 SP1. Can you email me the registry key so I can check my servers?
