Exchange groupwise migration quick config does not show app

I installed Foramtiv express as discrpet then the migration tool. I get a formativ Tag in the task bar of my groupwise showing Quck Config but the quick config is empty. under help registration utility the advansys Formativ Express 2.7.01 is the only shown.

Hi Rainer,

Thank you for your post. Can you please confirm you mean the Personal Outlook Migration Pack Applet (https://www.advansyscorp.com/products/extend/fv-solutions/personal-outlook-migration-pack/) which you are trying to use with Formativ Express?

Did you restart the GroupWise client after installing the Personal Outlook Migration Pack?
