Error when starting Archive To Go Viewer

When starting the Archive To Go Viewer, viewer.exe, from the Archive To Go archive folder, an error may display, although starting the viewer using a2goview.exe from the media-01\_viewer\ folder is successful.

Viewer.exe in the main Archive To Go archive folder is only a small stub application which starts the main viewer application, a2goview.exe.

Check if Microsoft .Net 3.5 is installed on the Windows workstation on which you are attempting to run viewer.exe and, if not, install Microsoft .Net 3.5 and try again.
