      Hi there,
      I have installed runtime, and then the emoticon pack. When I create an html email in Groupwise 7 client, the emoticons are inserted into the mail with no problem. Unfortunately, the email arrives by the other user without the emoticon. I have checked to see if it appears after arrival in Outlook Express, other GW7 clients, and GW7 Webmail client. Neither show the emoticons. I am guessing the emoticons are not being sent at all.

      When I click on the formativ folder in the Groupwise client where I installed the emoticons, it shows no applets running… is this possibly the reason?

        Could you please email your Formativ Configuration Information to Support (support@advansyscorp.com). You can access this via the main GroupWise menus: Help | About Formativ. When the “About Box” appears, select the “Configuration” tab. Press the “Copy to clipboard” button, then paste the contents of the clipboard into your reply.
