      A user is experiencing problems with using the spam filter. Some emails are still getting through even though Formativ recognises the email address as being used for a filter.

      I have been unable to unblock the address to reapply the filter.
      I have also noticed that using the spam filter produces a series of rules that all have the same name – is this OK?

          This issue was due to a beta version of the applet being used. The release version does not exhibit this problem.
