What is the title and description of the error message? Could you please send a screenshot of the error message to support (support@advansyscorp.com).
Does the GroupWise archive stored in network folder?
Can you reproduce the behaviour on another GroupWise archive? If you unable to reproduce it another archive then it could be GroupWise data related. You could try making a minor change to the archive before trying again; we have seen that this can force the database to remove corrupt data. To do this, open the archive in GroupWise and do any of the following before trying again: – Drag the Mailbox or another folder to a different position in the folder list. – Create a new folder and move some messages to the new folder.
