At this stage it is not possible to add a column to the Message Viewer for the sender’s name. This is a feature which is high on our list of requested enhancements.
The reason why it was not included in the first place was to keep the message portability to a maximum by avoiding the need for separately maintained lookup indexes or slower real-time reading of the information within the Advansys Portable Message (FML) files.
We are considering an approach which will include other information, such as sender, while maximizing potential viewer performance and portability.
