Importing Outlook

Hi, I am trying to import MS Outlook 2000 into Groupwise 6.5. With the Import Outlook Applet I have successfully imported my email and calendar items. Unfortunately I keep getting an error when I try to import the Outlook contacts, which I thought would be the easiest of the lot. The error message I get is:

Formativ Applet runtime error
C:Program FilesAdvansysFormativLocalImport Outlook Items_flexalock.vbf
Object required: ‘AddressBook’ at line 379, column 2

During the process I used CreateBook to create a new GroupWise Address Book.

Does anyone know why I get this error?

I think I may have found the answer. I ran the fixmapi.exe program in Windowssystem32 and then the export software worked fine. I will run some more tests to confirm.

Thank you for the tip. We haven’t received any other reports of this nature, so it makes sense that the problem might be related to a specific machines configuration.
