The integrations work on my local workstation but when I copy the flexalock version of the applet to the applet directory (“c:documents and settings<userid>personaladvansysformativapplets”) of another workstation the integrations don’t show up. This other workstation only has the formativ runtime.

For the context GW.MESSAGE.MAIL.MyClass I have two integrations one on the toolbar and another on the menu.

I have another applet that works. This applet changes the icon for the same context as above.

I don’t understand why one would work and the other doesn’t. Any Ideas?

        Hi Amy,

I would suggest you try restarting the client to ensure the integrations were properly registered on the other machine. (A restart is sometimes required, especially when working with custom contexts).

You should also check that the user has write access to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARENovellGroupWise5.0C3PODataTypes and below in the registry. Access is required in order register the custom context. Some users do not have the appropriate access to this part of the registry.

If niether of the above suggestions work, could you please send me a copy of the applet and the Formativ configuration information from the machine in question (see the configuration tab of the Formativ about box). You can send the files to support@advansyscorp.com.

        Regards,

I have email the configuration of the other workstation and an open source copy of the applet to the support email.

I tried rebooting to no effect.

I checked the registry and the context seems to be registered.

I believe that the context is registered because I have another applet (Icon.vbf) that changes the icon for messages with that context and that applet is working.

          Any other ideas?
