Stationary pushes senders message to right reply

We have custom HTML based stationary that when it is used in a reply or forward situation it moves the senders message to the right as opposed to down like the templates do.

Hi,

As the Stationery solution does not control the message layout, the issue is within your custom HTML. It sounds like the area in which the text is being entered is within an incorrect tag, such as the wrong cell in a table or within an incorrect DIV tag.

If you have not done so already, it is probably a good idea to review the sample templates which ship with the solution.

Thank you for your reply. As I was checking through the sample templates I found one of the samples which happens to closely resemble what we are using and it experiences the same problem. Is there anything that can be done about this? The template that experiences the same issue is Example-Email By Design.

Could you also email your Formativ Configuration information. You can access this via the main GroupWise menus: Help | About Formativ. When the ‘About Box’ appears, select the ‘Configuration’ tab. Press the ‘copy to clipboard’ button, then paste the contents of the clipboard into your reply.
