Installation on Citrix Metaframe

I guess I need to be contacted “offline” because I see no instructions for installing Formativ 1.6 on GroupWise 6 on Citrix Metaframe XP in any posts or in the documentation.

I installed as domain administrator in install mode with full rights to the c:winnt folder. It runs fine from the desktop but all users, including domain administrator, get the “An incomple installation has been detected. Please reinstall the product and try again” error when launching GroupWise from the Citrix application window.

Further, all users do not show Formativ as being registered.

Sorry about the delay. The engineer who would normally address Citrix installation issues is currently on Jury Duty and will be back next week.
