Error – Folder metadata file could not be loaded.

I get the error above when I run the viewer on two of my archives. After clearing the error, the archive is displayed (mailbox, folders, etc.) but appears to be completely empty. I ran GWCheck before the archive. The archive log file shows no errors. I double-checked the existence of the …media-01_metadata folder and its contents…everything seems to be in order.

Please send the process log file and a zipfile containing the contents of the “_metadata” folder to support@advansyscorp.com.

The data included in these files includes only message subject, sender, recipients and date; it does not include message body text. The data may also include contact names and email addresses, if personal address books were archived.
