      Hi,

      During i archive a remote mailbox i receive this error : Failed to load resources from resource file Please check your setup.

      What’s can cause this?

        Thanks for reporting this problem.

        I am not sure what can cause this, which I think has not been reported before. Did the error appear while Creator was processing the remote mailbox, or at one of the other screens? If a process log file was created (in the archive folder) please send it (zipped if larger than 200 KB) to support@advansyscorp.com.

            We have received your email, thank you.

            I have confirmed that this error has been reported previously, though it is very rare.

            At this stage I would suggest running a thorough GWCheck on the affected account prior to re-archiving. In addition, it may be helpful to restart the machine before starting Archive To Go, and close any applications which are not needed while archiving.

              I’m getting the same error… Always at the same point in the archival process. Please help..

              I’ve run a complete GWCHECK on the user’s acct (including a structural rebuild) and rebooted the PC I’m using to create the archive.

              Here’s the log file…

                Thanks for sending the log file details.

                As far as we can tell, this Setup Error is an obscure behavior of the .NET Framework, that can occur in various circumstances.

                Our engineers are investigating this problem, and we will post here when we have any new information. We may need to set up a remote debugging session on your system; if so, we will contact you by direct email.

                  Novell has confirmed there is a defect in GroupWise 7.0.3 which causes a crash upon accessing phone messages. Novell has indicated that 7.0.4 will fix the defect. In the interim, Novell has released a public FTF (field test file) that is intended to fix the defect with phone messages. You can download it from:

                  Note that, if you have not already done so, you will need to install the 7.0.3 HP3 patch before applying the FTF. You will find a link to the 7.0.3 HP3 patch here:

                    I had reduced the date range of the user’s acct and the A2G completed successfully, so it must have choked on a phone message.

                    I prefer to wait until 7.0.4 is released as I am not having any other problems at this time.
