Invalid Archive

I just purchase the product for a very important court case. I am using the local access mode. I keep getting a invalid archive even through I am pointing to the users Groupwise Archives on the network.

PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Unfortunately, we haven’t had any report about this issue. Please see the feature topic below to specify additional native GroupWise Archives:

Please make sure you have the read rights to the network folder. Alternatively, you could copy GroupWise archives from network into local drive then try the Archive To Go.

Thanks. I figured it out. I was clicking the archive folder itself and not one level down from it.
