Mails disappear in Groupwise after migration

I’m trying to migrate an outlook (2002) account to GroupWise (client version 6.03).
After the mails are migrated to GroupWise into the right folders, they disappear after about 20 seconds.
I checked for auto archiving but everything is on manual.
Does anybody have an idea why the mail don’t stay in GroupWise?

Any ideas would be welcome.
