      A user is saving a lot of mails with message saver 2.0 (Groupwise 7.0) Some of the files can not be opened. There are no attached files to the mails, but there is a small image with a company name in it. The funny thing is, that the same mails can be saved on my own computer wiht message saver and opened without problems.

        Unfortunately, we haven’t had any report about this issue.

        Looks like the issue could be environmental or GroupWise client. Are you both using the same version of the GroupWise client?

        We always recommend to our users to upgrade the GroupWise client to latest point release or next version.

        If the problem persists, please send some of the problematic FML files to Support (support@advanyscorp.com).

            FML files are Advansys Portable Messages, which are self-contained XML files, including the complete GroupWise message, attachments and additional message metadata.

            Message Saver solution saves GroupWise message as FML file. As you said earlier “Some of the files can not be opened.”, which should be FML files, please send these FML files to Support.
