Language issue with GroupWise 8

I am running Formative Runtime 2.0.1 on Windows XP. amd am testing with GroupWise 8.

When I use the print_message applet, I get the following error:

The current version doesn’t support the GroupWise language interface, the applet will not display the attachments information. To support the current language, see the comments in the applet source for more details.

The following internet country code supported by this applet: US, DE, NO, FR, NL, DV,

GroupWise 8 uses ‘EN’ for it’s interface language, and I am not sure what to do next.

For GroupWise 8 you will need to update Formativ to the current beta release (2.0.2). Details on how to obtain this update are available on this forum in the featured topic Formativ 2.0.2 (Beta) available now.

We are unable to reproduce the behaviour in Formativ 2.0.2 & GroupWise 8.0.0 (build date 14/05/09). Please make sure you are running latest point release of the GroupWise client.

I have updated my machine to Runtime 2.0.2, however the issue remains. I am running GroupWise 8 Hot Patch 2.

Also, I am in the United Kingdom, if that makes any difference.

Also, where can I obtain the latest revision of the print_message applet?

Print Message is a cool solution applet, all applets supplied to the Novell Cool Solutions Applet Central area are not supported by Novell or Advansys. No warranties are provided for the operation of the applets.

However, our internal record shows we have version 1.0.12 available (updated 2007-05-17). I will check with engineers whether this version is posted in cool solution site. In the meantime, you can download the applet from here: http://beta.advansyscorp.com/Print-Message_Flexalock.zip

Installer for this version not available yet. You will need to save the applet manually to the default Formativ applets folder, usually “c:Documents and SettingsUSER-NAMEMy DocumentsAdvansysFormativApplets”.

I have tested the updated applet, and can confirm that it has resolved the language warning.
