Identifying Tasks that have Message Notes attached

Is there a way to show that a Task has a message note attached? We have staff who manage quite a lot of tasks in the calendar view and often need to add notes to these tasks. When they open a task that has previously had a note attached there is no indication of this unless they click on the Message Note icon and open up the message screen. If they forget to do this they may not realise there are notes attached.

You can use the category option in the Message Notes solution to specify a category to the message. You can create a category (example “Notes attached”) and give a color to differentiate from other messages.

Thanks for the hint, that would work, but is there a way to set up the system so that if there is a Message Note does get attached, the category can be changed automatically without the user having to do anything.

“Message Notes” solution remember the last category used. You need to set a category in the “Message Notes” solution once and any subsequent message will be assigned to this category.
