Is there an applet that does this?

I’m looking for an automated “change item type” task that will take an e-mail message and convert it to a posted reminder note on a date determined by the text in the e-mail message. Is there an applet out there that can do this or can extend the “Rule” capability in Groupwise to allow this to occur on start-up?

We don’t have an applet that does this ‘off the shelf’, though it sounds technically feasible.

If you could provide more detailed information on the operation of such an applet, including the format and location of the date text within the email message, we may be able to provide an example to get you started.
