      I’ve tried twice to create an archive based on date. Both instances fail to archive all the emails that I asked for.
      I asked for: Include items dated from: 1/1/1997
      Include items dated up to: 12/31/2006

      But I only get email from 2000. Where can I start troubleshooting this one? My first step was to run gwcheck on both online mailbox and the GW archive. Then I tried another archive to go session, this time only for the GW archive.

      I’d be happy to share the log file with you off list. Where do I send it?
