Creator fails system.xml not found

This user has a very small GW archive, probably a total of 100 emails. I verified that there was not any folders with >4000 emails, but there definitely is not. I ran GWCHECK but it found no errors.
I’m a first time poster, how do I attach screen shots of the error?
Top of the error block says File or assembly name System.XML, or one of its dependencies, was not found.
Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately it seems that an image can be included here only if it can be located by URL (eg. website). Alternatively, you can send screen shots to support@advansyscorp.com. Please send this error screen shot to help us clarify which specific error this is.

At what point while using Archive To Go Creator did this error appear?
