Message Viewer and ASCII Character Values

Hello, we are having a problem with the FML files and launching them from LiveLink. The web server needs to convert special characters to their ASCII values, which are not translated by the viewer.

eg:

Sample_email_for_Livelink msg_plus_attachmen_in_[FML]_format.fml

gets opened as:
Sample_email_for_Livelink msg_plus_attachmen_in_%5BFML%5D_format.fml

and will fail to lauch

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for your enquiry.

We have been able to reproduce this problem, and our engineers will be looking into finding a resolution. At this time I have no information available about a likely timeframe for this. However an update will be posted here when a new release is available.
