I had purchased bith the Runtime and the Msg Svr Pack and was running OK on them, but now it says that they are both expired. I can’t find any (*.lic)files to resubmit it… I have order # info , etc, if needed… Any ideas?
From the main GroupWise menu, select Help | Formativ Registration Utility. When the registration utility starts, select Formativ Runtime, then enter the registration key you were supplied into the appropriate area at the bottom of the dialog. Repeat the process for the Message Saver pack. You may need to restart GroupWise after this process.

Thanks, I already did that, but the code(s) I had the first time were handwritten notes and neither one worked. I finally found an email with the code for the Msg Svr Pack, but can’t find the code (in an email from ya’ll..) for the runtime lic that I purchesed. I have the original order # but don’t want to give it over the Forums…email me please and I can give you the order # and you can resend my key code for the Runtime (the msg pack lic is OK now..) thanks , sjankov
