Toolbar button does not play applet

Out of some 200 users on GW 7.0.2 HP, Formativ 2.0.1, for two of the users pushing on the GW toolbar button does not play the associated applet. We know that the applet is on the user’s PC and functional because the user can choose Applets, Run from the menu bar and play the applets. Pushing the button does absolutely nothing.

Do you know of any way to re-associate the pushing of the applet’s button with the playing of the applet?

We haven’t had any report about this issue. Its more likely environmental issue as Formativ works on other users. Please see below some suggestions:

– Re-install the Formativ.
– Re-install GroupWise client.
