      When i try to open an attachment in a saved message in Message Viewer, i get the following error:
      Cannot open file “D:Temp_vwr0000document.zip”
      An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.

      However, when i save the attachment to the desktop, i can open the attachment.

        Thank you for reporting this issue.

        Engineering has been able to replicate this behaviour. It appears to be due to the classification (new in Windows XP) of .ZIP files as a kind of folder (ie. Shell extension).

        Please be advised that Message Viewer has been updated to correct this error. Accordingly, an updated installer for the Message Saver Pack will be made available in the next day or two. This is a free update to the software.

          I am still unable to open .zip files. Has this update been released yet? I am already running version Message Saver Pack 1.3.1.
          I cannot find any newer version of Message Saver pack.

          Please advise.

            Thank you for your post. The release of MessageViewer 1.3.2 has been delayed in order to introduce some new technology designed to make the solution faster and more flexible.

            In the meantime, try downloading MessageViewer 1.3.0.2 from:

            http://www.advansyscorp.com/beta/messageviewer.zip

            I suspect this version will fix the ZIP problem. Please let me know if it doesn’t.
