Runtime installation problems

I am trying to install the Formativ runtime on client PCs. Our users do not have administration rights, plain user rights only. I created a batch file which will be executed with admin rights containing one line:
formativruntime.exe /s /r-<code> /i-configuration.txt

The configuration.txt file contains:
[Configuration]
Create Settings for All Users=1
[Protocol]
Usage=1
Override=1

After successful installation Formativ appears in the GW menu, but applets from the server are not visible.

When giving a user admin rights and install it, everything works fine even when admin rights were removed again.

On a Formativ configuration page the difference seems to be “Caching Protocol: NDAP” vs “none”

My configuration file is not being taken into account! I verified with path changes for some locations.

How to install properly?
