Hi,

I’m a new user and I’m trying to open the help files (e.g. http://advansyscorp.com/formativ/administrators_guide.chm)

Whatever topic I click on I get a “Cannot find server or DNS Error”

Is a server down?

I’ve just tried this link and it works fine. Try again and see if you can access them now.

You could also download the software, which will install the documentation.
