I am getting errors such as:

      Multiple Signatures
      C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataAdvansysFormativ1.0AppletsMultiple Signatures_Flexalock.vbf
Cannot access Address Book Entry for Deborah Fallon at line 389, column 13

when attempting to run the sample signatures. It does not seem to find my Addres Book values in the SmartFields. In SmartFields I do see some attributes with values in the eDirectory tab, but the Address Book tab is empty.

Even when I try to edit the delivered example and use a value from the eDirectory Fields, that does not work.

Am using the 30-Day trial of RunTime and the Presentation kit.

        Thank you for your enquiry.

Could you tell me what version of Multiple Signatures you are using? You can see the version on the About box: click About… under the Options menu on the main dialog of this solution.

In addition, are you running GroupWise in Online or Remote/Caching mode? And, which version of GroupWise are you using?

I look forward to your response.

        Regards,
        Advansys Support

I am getting the same errors trying to use the Multiple Signatures applet. I am running the trial version of RunTime with the GroupWise 6.5.4 client in caching mode on Windows XP SP2.

          SmartFields 1.0.0
          Multiple Signatures 2.0.14

          Is there a solution?

          Thank you,

          Patrick

            Dear Patrick,

This sounds like it may be a known issue with caching mode. We have a newer version of the applet you may like to try. Download:

            http://www.advansyscorp.com/beta/multiple_signatures_flexalock.zip

then extract the zipped applet file to your local applets location (normally ‘C:Documents and SettingsMy DocumentsAdvansysFormativApplets’). Finally, restart GroupWise and try again.

Please let me know if this version solves your problem.

            Regards,

            Advansys Support
