      Error message pop up when converting Archive to go to PST, using Create a New Outlook account option.

        Thank you for your report. To assist us troubleshoot the problem, could you please check that the same problem occurs:

        a) on another machine; and
        b) when using the import into an existing account option?

        Could you please send any logs, screen shots of unique errors and the test results from the suggestions above directly to suppport AT advansyscorp.com.

          and
          b) when using the import into an existing account option?
          when import into an existing account it will functional but take days for one archive to convert and usable due to WAN speed and archive size.
