Add entry to address book does not work correctly

I downloaded the Add Entry to Address book for Groupwise.

However, when I go to add an entry, it pops up window and it always has the email address wrong.

Instead of showing the email address as:
jsmith@yahoo.com

it shows it as: jsmith.com.yahoo

Is this working as designed?
