I have made a partial archive with version 1.5. did the job twice . in borth cases 5 messages failed to archive (out of 11053). In the two instances, though, different messages failed. Can this be due to the fact that shared folders are among those being archived. This is the log message for one of these fails:

2008-01-15 17:46:09.484+01:00 [E] This message (ID = 3CCAE847.leiden.chdr.100.1763938.1.C8B5.1) will not be included in the archive:

        Thank you for your post.

It’s likely that this exception (below) was caused by running Creator a second time (where the first time it did not terminate fully):

        quote:

The process cannot access the file “msa00000.tmp” because it is being used by another process.

This is not a known problem in Creator, and it is difficult to draw any conclusions without knowing more about your environment. For this log message I would suggest restarting the machine before trying again to archive the account. However it sounds like there is more to the situation than is revealed by the log message. Could you send the log file, please, to support@advansyscorp.com?

        Regards,
        Advansys Support
