      When arching and archive the following error occurs “The archive creation process has been cancelled ( auditing is unavailable ) would you like to remove any exported data.”

        Thanks for your post.

        We haven’t had any report about this issue. Could you please tell us which auditing option you have selected (see below) during the archiving process?

        In Archive To Go, you have the following auditing option:
        – Use a text file for auditing.
        – Use Redline for auditing. If Redline is/becomes unavailable, audit to a text file.
        – Use Redline for auditing. If Redline is /becomes unavailable, stop archiving.

            Thanks for the clarification.

            The error may have occurred because the text file size reached an unmanageable limit, or for some other reason.

            Could you send the process log file (not the audit log file) in the target archive folder to support@advansyscorp.com, please?

            What is the size of the audit log file?
