Centrally managed multiple signature

We purchased Formativ for several reason, but the first is to require a disclaimer on external emails, differing depending on the practice group, and querying the eDir for name, title, address, & phone number. We also want to store these signature file centrally, so that when changes are made, we don’t need to change everyone’s files. We want to start with the Multiple Signatures Applet, but we need to customize it some. Unfortunately, it is a Flexalock applet so we can’t do anything with it. Is there a way that we can get a coded version? (we bought a 250 user BSP license) We’d be glad to share the finished Applet.
