      I installed runtime and message saver; everything fine; then today I noticed my applet section of the toolbar is missing.

      I tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything but it acts like it is not on there.

        Thank you for your post. In case it assists other customers, Advansys Support was advised by direct email that the problem was resolved by accessing the Formativ Control Panel Applet from the Windows Control Panel, disabling and re-enabling “Command Blocker”, then restarting GroupWise.
