      Hi,
      We are currently upgrading GroupWise from 7.04 to 8.02 and formativ runtime from 2.0.1 to 2.5. What happens if the user forgets to install the new formativ runtime 2.5 after they have automatically been upgraded to GroupWise 8 ie. will the Formativ pack and customised solutions still work? What should we look out for?

        Hi Sonja, thanks for your question. As this is a specific installation issue which relates to licensing, we’ll contact you directly.

        From a compatibility standpoint, the main issue relates to running 2.0.x on Windows 7, for which it is not designed.
