      I have just started using A2G v1.5.0.3 to archive about 700 mailboxes as we have gone from GroupWise to Exchange and I have been encountering some problems when using the viewer. exe application on created archives.

      The latest error I have experienced is the ‘Archive to go has encountered a problem and needs to close’ error when click on the Find (magnifying glass), also there has been some problems with the other people using the search tool and getting a runtime debug error when using a2gofinder.exe with a OK to terminate the application (altho I think this is down to the .NET framework).

      I just wondered if anyone else has encountered the same kind of problems.

        Thanks for reporting this problem.

        Were there any other error messages associated with either of the following?

        • ‘Archive to go has encountered a problem and needs to close’
        • ‘a runtime debug error’

        It’s possible that this behavior is caused by running certain Archive To Go modules from a network location. You may find this featured topic helpful.
